Artisan Clinical Associates is seeking a full-time master’s- or doctoral-level therapist to work with adolescents and adult individuals, couples, and families in a small, thriving, and collaborative outpatient therapy practice in Naperville, IL. The therapist will eventually carry a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, participate in a weekly staff meeting for professional development, and have opportunities for outreach to the Naperville community. Illinois licensed therapists or psychologists are preferred, but supervision by an experienced licensed clinical psychologist can be provided to a therapist working towards licensure. Experience as a couples therapist is also preferred.

Artisan clients tend to reflect the ethos of Artisan therapists. Our clients are fully committed to the therapeutic process: after addressing the emergent issues which brought them to therapy, they remain engaged in the process of healing and growth. They conclude therapy not simply with a functional self, but with a true self from which they can live most fully. The result is a rich and rewarding experience for both client and therapist. Artisan therapists also enjoy the ease and benefits of a practice streamlined by electronic medical records, one-click billing and fee collection, and an integrated telehealth platform, all with a simple user interface that keeps the therapist’s energies focused on the therapy room rather than the filing cabinet. Artisan therapists receive top-tier financial benefits.
